Projects Rooted in People and Practical Change
P3 Consulting helps organizations turn good intentions into real progress. Ozzie González brings more than 20 years of experience working at the intersection of policy, culture, and the built environment.
P3 projects share a simple theme: Listen first, build trust, and design solutions that work for real people.
Over his career, Ozzie has helped launch programs that set new standards, including Intel’s first green building certification effort, Dow Chemical’s green infrastructure program, Oregon Health Science University’s supplier diversity work, and the U.S. Green Building Council’s Industrial Facilities pathway. Today, those same values guide P3’s community outreach, strategic planning, and program development.
