Where policy meets practice

Turning vision into action for businesses, organizations,
cities, and communities

Real change happens when ideas leave the page. At P3 Consulting, we help organizations move from plans and policies to programs that work. Founded by Portland civic leader and architect Ozzie González, P3 brings together strategy, design thinking, and collaboration to strengthen sustainability, equity, and performance.

Ozzie González started P3 to connect people, policy, and possibility. He draws on more than 25 years in architecture, policymaking, sustainability, public speaking, and leadership to help teams turn ideas into results. His work spans design, construction, workforce inclusion, and public service through roles with CH2M HILL (now Jacobs), Howard S. Wright (now Balfour Beatty), TriMet, and LatinoBuilt.

With a rare blend of analytical focus and creative energy, Ozzie helps teams reimagine challenges and find momentum in the process. We work with clients who are ready to move from conversation to impact. Together, we build systems that work for people and the planet.

Beyond consulting, Ozzie knows how to captivate a room. As a bilingual actor and civic leader, he connects with audiences through real stories and clear takeaways that spark new thinking and motivation for change.

We help you with:

  • Organizational strategy: Define your direction and strengthen the leadership needed to get there.
  • Policy and program implementation: Translate goals into practical steps that advance sustainability, equity, and workforce development.
  • Facilitation and leadership training: Improve communication, creativity, and problem-solving through interactive learning experiences.
  • Speaking and event leadership: Engage audiences through keynotes, bilingual presentations, and event hosting. As an actor, civic leader, and former mayoral candidate, Ozzie blends storytelling, insight, and humor to spark connection and action.
